The Consultation and Fees

INTAKE VISIT

Your first visit is a 30-minute consultation that begins with a review of your health history and goals. This is followed by a physical examination that includes orthopedic, neurological, and postural assessments. My focus is on identifying the sources of your symptoms and functional limitations. If the exam shows that care can safely begin immediately, you will receive your first adjustments during this visit.


REPORT OF FINDINGS

Your second visit starts with a review of the results of your assessment and your response to the initial adjustments. During this session, I will provide a personalized recommendation of care that outlines your diagnosis and the expected path for your recovery. While the first visit was primarily dedicated to assessment, this session shifts the focus toward delivering a full chiropractic treatment tailored to your specific clinical needs.


RETURN VISITS

Each return visit is an efficient, focused session that begins with an assessment of your spine and joints. Because I take a holistic approach, I evaluate your body from head to toe to ensure we are addressing each factor influencing your function. I use chiropractic adjustments and therapies to restore movement and improve neurological function, adapting every treatment to what your body needs that day.


FEES

  • Intake Visit: € 95

  • Return Visit: € 65

  • Monthly Care Subscription: € 55

    • Flexible: Unused visits roll-over to the next month.

    • Added Value: Can be shared with family members.

    • Simple: May be cancelled with at least one week of notice.



HEALTH INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Chiropractic care is covered by supplementary (aanvullende) insurance.

  • No Deductible: Unlike hospital visits, chiropractic care is not subject to the mandatory deductible (verplichte eigen risico). You are eligible for reimbursement starting from your first visit.

  • Check Your Coverage: Since plans vary, I recommend using the Zorgwijzer Chiropractic Overview to confirm your coverage.

  • Process: After paying for your visit, you receive a digital invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.


ADDITIONAL INFO

  1. Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid the cancellation fee (€ 40).

  2. Professional Standards: I am a member of the SNRC and DCF. These organizations ensure that your care meets the highest standards of safety and quality in the Netherlands.
